It is recommended...

  1. To charge the C-Pen  1 hour before first use.
  2. To charge it on regular basis if it is not used for a longer period of tine. See Battery maintenance for more information.


That said... 


  • Make sure the battery is charged (connect to a charger for at least 30 minutes). Retry to power up by pressing Power button for 3 seconds then release.
  • If it still doesn’t work then try these steps:
  1. Connect the pen to a charger (using USB cable).
  2. Press reset button on the backside.
  3. Press-and-hold the Power button until screen lits up (appr. 30 seconds).
  4. Assuming battery is pre-charged, the USB cable can be detached.


Should the above not work, the battery is likely to be defect. If warranty still applies then contact your reseller, else send us a notice through this Helpdesk portal.
