Locate file
After a failed scan:
- Open File Manager.
- Go to your Home folder
- Navigate to ..\AppData\Roaming\Virrata AB\CPenCoreApp
- Copy the btmp.bmp file and send by email to support@cpen.com
How to find the AppData folder
- Click Windows start button (by default in the lower left corner)
- Start typing RUN
- Select Open the app
- In the new Windows - type %APPDATA%. This takes you to the AppData folder.
