Locate file


After a failed scan:

  1. Open File Manager.
  2. Go to your Home folder 
  3. Navigate to ..\AppData\Roaming\Virrata AB\CPenCoreApp
  4. Copy the btmp.bmp file and send by email to support@cpen.com



How to find the AppData folder


  1. Click Windows start button (by default in the lower left corner)
  2. Start typing RUN
  3. Select Open the app
  4. In the new Windows - type %APPDATA%. This takes you to the AppData folder.
